How does the ritual process work?
After you order, I read everything you shared with me: your names, your story and what you hope for. Then I prepare an altar for you by hand, with candles, symbols and prayers chosen for your situation, and I perform the ceremony myself.
When it is done, I post a photo of your finished altar and my written report in your private order page, and I email you a link to it. Most rituals are delivered within 2 to 5 days. Full moon rituals are performed on the night of the full moon and delivered 1 to 2 days later, and tarot readings within 12 hours.
Is this safe?
Yes, completely. This is one of the questions I am asked most, and I understand why: there is a lot of fear around spell work, often because of stories about dark magic or rituals that go wrong.
Every ritual I perform uses white, light-based energy rooted in the tradition of my family. Nothing I do can harm you, the person you love or anyone around you. I never work against anyone's free will, I never use dark methods, and I never send anything bad to anyone.
You do not need to do anything risky, take anything or change your daily life. You simply share your story with me, and I do the work.
Do you use white magic or black magic?
I work only with white magic: pure, light-based work.
Because my rituals use only light and never go against anyone's will, they are completely free of bad karma and unwanted effects. Nothing comes back on you, and nothing is sent to harm another person. This is the only way I work.
Will I receive anything by post?
No. Everything I offer is a digital service. I perform the ritual at my own altar, and what you receive is a photo of your finished altar and my written report, posted in your private order page on this website.
No candles, objects, packages or physical products are shipped to you, so there is nothing to wait for in the post and nothing to pay at customs. As soon as your ritual or reading is ready, I email you a link to see it.
Can I order several different rituals? Is there any risk in combining them?
Yes, you can, and there is no risk at all. All my rituals are safe and compatible with each other, because they all work with the same light energy.
In fact, combining them often helps: one ritual can strengthen another. Many clients start with a cleansing to clear heavy energy, and then order a love or luck ritual on top of it. Others combine a love ritual with a protection ritual to look after the relationship.
You can order them together or one after another. If you would like my advice on which ones work best together for your situation, write to me before you buy.
Are results guaranteed?
No, and anyone who guarantees a spiritual result is not being honest with you. People have free will, and every situation is different.
What I do guarantee is real work, done by me, for you alone, and complete honesty about what I feel during the ceremony. Many clients describe strong shifts afterwards, some within days and others over weeks, but I will never promise you a particular outcome or date.
Can a ritual work if we have not spoken in a long time?
Many of my clients come to me after months or even years of no contact. Time and distance do not stop me from doing the work: the ritual is performed with your names and your intention, not with the other person present.
What I cannot promise is how or when the other person will respond. In my report I tell you honestly what I felt during the ceremony.
What information do you need from me?
Your full name and, if the ritual involves someone else, their name too. Birth dates help if you know them, but they are not required. Then a few lines about your situation: what happened, how things are now and what you hope for.
You do not need photos or personal items. I use what you share only to prepare your ritual, and it stays private between you and me.
How will I receive my ritual or reading?
In your private order page on this website. When your ritual or reading is ready, I email you a link to it. There you will find the photo of your altar and my written report, and you can come back to them at any time.
The page is private: only you can open it, with the link I send to your email.
Can I talk to you after I order?
Yes. Your order page has a message space where you can write to me and read my replies. If you think of something you forgot to tell me, or you have questions after your ritual, write to me there. It is private, just between you and me, and I answer personally.
What is your refund policy?
Each ritual is prepared for one person and the work starts soon after you order, so completed work cannot be refunded. If I have not started yet, write to me and I will cancel and refund your order.

How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe, one of the largest payment companies in the world, on its own secure page. You can pay by card and, on many devices, with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
I never see or store your card details: they go straight to Stripe, protected with the same encryption banks use.
