Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order details you type in: your name, your email address, and what you share for your ritual or reading, which can include another person's name, birth dates and a description of your situation.
- Messages and photos exchanged in your order page.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your payment and your billing country, never your card number.
- Contact form messages: forwarded to our email so we can reply.
- Technical data: the basic information any web server records, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver the ritual or reading you ordered.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep the order and tax records the law requires.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Sensitive details and other people
What you tell us about your relationships and beliefs is personal. We ask you to share it so the work can be prepared for you, and we use it for nothing else. Please include only what is needed about other people.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe, for payments.
- Our web hosting and email providers, to run the site, store your order page and send you notifications.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, under the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
- The details you type in the order form: deleted 90 days after delivery.
- Messages and photos in your order page: deleted 12 months after the last activity on that order.
- Order and payment records: kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in to your order page, and one that protects our forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The checkout page is run by Stripe, which uses the cookies it needs to process payments and prevent fraud.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us through the contact form. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA.
Children
This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
