Before I start your work
If you change your mind and I have not started preparing your ritual or reading, write to me from your order page or through the contact form and I will cancel your order and refund it in full.
After your work is completed
Once your ritual has been performed or your reading has been written and delivered, it cannot be returned, so completed work is not refundable. When you order, you ask me to begin right away and you confirm that you understand this.
Extras
Each extra is treated as its own part of the order:
- Delivery within 24 hours: if your ritual is not delivered within 24 hours of your payment, write to me and I refund the price of this extra. The ritual itself is still delivered as normal.
- Scheduled recast: you can cancel it and get its price back at any time before the recast date. Once the recast has been performed and delivered, it is not refundable.
- Other extras: they follow the same rules as the ritual they are added to.
Customers in the EU and the UK
You have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Because you ask me to start immediately, that right ends once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after I have started but before I have finished, I may keep an amount proportionate to the work already done and refund the rest.
If something goes wrong on my side
If your ritual or reading does not arrive within the time stated on its page, write to me. I will deliver it promptly or refund your payment in full, whichever you prefer.
Results
All rituals and readings are offered for spiritual and entertainment purposes only. Results vary from person to person and are never guaranteed. A ritual or reading that was performed and delivered as described is not refundable because the outcome was different from the one you hoped for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
